THE AGENCY FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF UNIVERSITY AND RESEARCH GRANTS (AGAUR) is a public-law entity of the Government of Catalonia whose activities are conducted in line with private law; it is attached to the Secretariat of Universities and Research of the Ministry of Business and Knowledge, and has its own legal personality, full capacity to act, and its own assets in order to fulfil its functions. The AGAUR is governed by Law 7/2001, of 31 May, on the creation of the Agency for the Management of University and Research Grants; Law 4/1985, of 29 March, on the Articles of Association of Catalan public companies; the private legal system, the only exceptions being those established by the aforementioned Law 4/1985 and its implementing regulations; its own Articles of Association, and any other laws and provisions that may be applicable.
The purpose of this Legal Notice is to establish the principles and terms and conditions of access and use of the AGAUR website and content by users.
