The period for the submittal of applications is from 05/12/2014 to 05/02/2015 (Closed).


To award up to 60 grants to universities, research centres and hospital foundations located in Catalonia for the recruitment and placement, in competitive tendering, of researchers in the Catalan science and technology system.


In the universities, research centers and hospital foundations located in Catalonia. Excluded from this call technology centers, support centers technological activity and technology dissemination centers.

Adressed to

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

a) Researchers who have obtained a doctorate from the 01/01/2008 and 31/12/2012 or between 01/01/2006 and 31/12/2012 if any of the following circumstances can be substantiated: maternity/paternity leave; having had minors under six under their care, as well as people with physical, mental or sensorial disability or elderly people over sixty-five who depend on the beneficiary and require special care or; having had a serious illness or accident with medical leave equal to or longer than 6 months.
b) To have, at the time of joining the host organisation, a minimum of two years of postdoctoral experience outside Spain. The two-year postdoctoral experience may have been developed in different institutions provided that the overall period of the postdoctoral fellowship is two years or longer.
c) Have at least one original publication as a first author or co-author.
d) Not have resided or carried out their main activity in Spain for more than twelve months in the two years immediately prior to the submission of the application.


The help goes destined to subsidizing the contractual expense generated during a period in 24 months. The beneficiary entities of the helps have to formalize the corresponding contract in the period understood between the date of publication of the resolution of concession to the board of advertisements of the AGAUR and the 1st October 2015.


The amount of the help for the recruitment of the investigatory staff is 85.022,40 euros. This amount funds the cost of each contract during 24 months of the help and includes the remuneration that has to perceive the investigatory staff and the employer quota of the Social Security.
Additionally, beneficiary will concede to the entity a complementary help of 6.000,00 euros, managed by the entity herself, addressed exclusively to the activities of formation and training and to the realization of other outstanding actions of research that the candidate person hired during both years develops of the help.

The period for the submittal of applications is from 05/12/2014 to 05/02/2015 (Closed).

Call results

The legal deadline maximum of resolution is from six months, meters from the following day of the publication of this call in the DOGC. Once this deadline has gone by without express resolution, the requested scholarship is understood rejected by administrative silence.


This grant is co-financed by the European Comission through the Marie Curie-COFUND actions of the People Programme of the Seventh Framework Programme of Research and Technological Development of the European Union. The researchers recruited within this grants programme are also considered Marie Curie fellows and will not be able to benefit at the same time from more than one Marie Curie Action funded by the European Commission.
