From AGAUR we recommend to update your personal details (if necessary). To update them you should enter the application web site and click on “Evaluator details”. Remember to click on the button “Save” to save the information.
If you are not comfortable with any of the specific areas of knowledge of our list, you can define completely your experience by means of the keywords.
In any case, it is advisable that all the reviewers have keywords in their respective Evaluator record, to refine with more detail the files assignment.
The computer programme makes an automatic choice of reviewers every time that it is necessary to evaluate a call. Once this is done, we send an e-mail asking for the availability. If there is a specific period of time when you cannot or are not interested in evaluating, you just have to answer negatively to the availability request.
Once you have answered affirmatively to our availability request, we will send you an e-mail informing you on how to access to the files.
The browsers that work better with our application web site are Explorer and Mozilla. Please check, also, that the browser is configured so that the pdfs open as a document outside the browser, and not in a window of the same browser. Otherwise, you can have problems to open them.
If you are not using the application, the session will close automatically after 60 minutes.
You do not have to fill in the revision record at once. You can save the information as you work. If you even log out, you will find the information you have saved when you enter again in the application web. When you finish the evaluation, you have to put it “Final” instead of “Provisional” before you save for the last time, and then you will not be able to make more changes.
Yes, there is. At the assessment webpage you can find the updated table of salaries for the reviewers. The payments will be done by bank transfer. The incomes generated from this consideration will be declared as work returns at the Personal Income Tax.
Once per year you will find in the application web site a contract of provision of a service, which has an annual validity, which you have to accept to work with us. We recommend you to read it carefully.
You can apply for the AGAUR’s Calls of grants and awards without any problem. The only thing to take into account is that you must not evaluate files of the call in which you take part as an applicant.
The recommendation of experts given by the own reviewers is very welcome to the AGAUR. If you want to recommend a new reviewer, just send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, with the name of the recommended person, his or her university or research centre and his or her e-mail. We will get in touch with this person.
